1. Who we are
This policy applies to the website vgworks.com.br and to the apps and software published by VG Works Ltda, registered under CNPJ 58.238.020/0001-85, with headquarters at Av. Carlos Gomes, 700, sala 606, 5º andar, Boa Vista, Porto Alegre, RS, 90480-000, Brazil ("VG Works", "we").
VG Works is the controller of the personal data processed under this policy.
2. Data we collect
When you visit the website
The website does not use tracking cookies, advertising tools or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider automatically logs technical access data, such as IP address, date and time, page visited and browser type, for security and operational purposes.
When you contact us
When you send us an email, we process the data you choose to provide, such as your name, email, company and the content of your message.
In our apps
The data processed by each app depends on its features and is disclosed on the app store listing (for example, in the App Store privacy details) and, when needed, in a specific notice inside the app. We collect only what is necessary for the service to work.
3. How we use data
- To respond to inquiries, proposals and support requests;
- To provide contracted services and fulfil licensing agreements;
- To keep the website and apps secure and working properly;
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Legal bases
We process personal data based on the grounds set out in Article 7 of the LGPD, in particular: performance of a contract or preliminary procedures, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest (security and operation of our services) and, where applicable, the data subject's consent.
5. Sharing
Data may be shared only with vendors that help us operate our services, such as hosting, cloud and email providers, under confidentiality and security obligations, and with public authorities when required by law.
6. International transfers
Some of our vendors may store or process data outside Brazil. In these cases, we adopt the safeguards provided in Article 33 of the LGPD, such as contractual clauses and the choice of vendors with adequate levels of protection.
7. Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or for the period required by law. Access logs are kept for the period set by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014). After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and secure development practices.
9. Your rights
Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:
- Confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- Portability of your data to another provider;
- Deletion of data processed based on consent and withdrawal of consent;
- Information about who your data has been shared with.

10. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. When an app is intended for that audience, data processing will follow Article 14 of the LGPD and the app store rules.
